Wow! Not expect and very very cool!
When I first started writing, I would leaf through the pages of The Horn Book, fantasizing that my book might grace its pages someday. So it’s pretty exciting to appear twice in two months and have CLARA POOLE AND THE LONG WAY ROUND reviewed. As writing milestones, this is definitely one of mine.
For those not familiar with The Horn Book, it was by Bertha Mahony Miller in 1924 "to herald the best in children’s literature." Almost 100 years later, The Horn Book Magazine is one of the most distinguished resources in the field of children’s and young adult literature and the core of our company. If you have young kids who love to read, this magazine is a must.
